A hearing aid is not going to be of any help to stop the Buzzing , In fact it may well make the noise louder.

A ENT or Audiologist would be the best person to speak to with regards reducing or removing the buzzing.

It may well be a Transient problem from the surgery that will correct itself as the healing process continues ?

The other poster could be correct. It is possible that the buzzing will dissipate as the healing process continues. However, if it doesn’t cease, hearing aids are indeed used to “mask” the tinnitus you are experiencing. I found valuable tampa tinnitus treatment information when I was researching for myself. Apparently this new treatment process has been successful with many people. Hopefully this has been helpful.

    Best of luck,
    Ed.
