Hearing Aid for all my life. I need help now?

I am now 30 years old and I am wearing hearing aids since my 8 years old. Although I am used to them, I have never found anyone else with the same issue in my direct environment.
I have often issues of tinnitus (sounds in ear), balance issues, speaking problems…
And this is affecting my image at work. I have tried to communicate this to my bosses, in any way possible, and they just don’t seem to get it.
Is there anyone that can relate to this and give me some advice. I am working in a highly-competitive IT department and sometimes, I just can’t handle it anymore. I just don’t seem to be able to explain it to anyone and find myself alone again…
I have my wife and 2 children and my job is the only income for the family, so therefore my sincere call for help.
Thanks in advance.

People don’t listen…if you’re having problems, why not sit EVERYONE down and explain things. If you have to, get some friends or a Dr to help you…

I can understand your situation and relate to you. The advice I can give you is to just be proud of who you are. Be the best husband, father and do the best job, always. People should not judge us any differently from themselves because none of us are perfect and/or without some flaws. I think god made us this way so that no one would feel superior to the other.
Good luck in whatever you do and just know that you are The BEST YOU! and no one else can do that.
