How do you know if you have an STD/AIDS/HIV? And what are the symptoms?

I’ve heard many people tell me many different things about STD’s and AIDS and stuff like that. Truthfully I don’t which is true..

    Get tested by a medical professional and give yourself the peace of mind. If you catch it early enough, you can prevent many of the complications that occur from catching it too late.
    If you are concerned about privacy or cannot afford it, look into a local clinic.
