I do not have HIV, but I feel that your question is awful.
People with HIV should stay positive. It’s better for your health.
When you’re sick, do you really want someone saying that it’s over…

I do not have HIV, but FYI, there are many medications that can help people who have HIV live healthier, longer, and increase the amount of time between diagnosis of HIV and diagnosis of AIDS.
The fact that there is no cure for HIV now does not mean that there will never be a cure.
People who have HIV might be scared, especially when they first get diagnosed, but if they see a specialist, take meds as prescribed, and take care of themselves, they have a good chance of staying healthy much longer.
(People who have a negative attitude like your attitude would probably get sick sooner and not live as long.)
