Create a video blog…instantly.
first you need to find out why you can not sleep is your mind never still or do you go to bed worrying you need to find out pills only surpress but never cure, are you stressed. the mind tends to be more active at night than during the day, your mind is like the fast lane at night the body is relaxing but the mind just keeps going on. stress classes are really helpful for this

soothing music, or sounds… homedics makes a devise which plays ocean sounds or birds.
warm drinks.
deep breething techniques.
regular exercise daily (not before bed, but in general)
comforable clothes, and bed sheets.
before they medicate you, most doctors will try to avoid use of meds until they find the underlying cause of your insomnia.
you may also have other issues, such as stress, that can cause you to stay awake.
but if you decide to go, let them know that you have already tried the meds, and would like to try a different approach.
most clinicians will do their best to work with you to get the results that you want.

Forget about treating the insomnia itself. You have to treat the CAUSE of the insomnia. If the cause is mental, such as stress, you have to deal with that. If the cause is physical, such as some disease like Grave’s disease, you have to treat that.

You should try brainwave entrainment. I had long-term, crushing insomnia for years and tried all the pills and herbs but they just didn’t fix it. Brainwave entrainment uses ambient music tracks to lull your brain into producing the right brainwaves for sleep. People are right when they say you should change your lifestyle and this is part of that, because using it for a while ‘re-trains’ your brain. At this point your brain is probably conditioned not to fall asleep, so you’ll have to recondition it.
There are reviews for several options for this-one of them free-at the blog listed below.
