What’s wrong with my ear? I have a lot of pain in my left ear & some hearing loss?

My throat only on my left side hurts and I have mucus drainage in the back of my throat. I am starting to cough a lot for the last hour too. Also, I was just on antibiotics zithromax for my cold that the dr said i was on the verge of pneumonia with. thanks again.

you definitely have at least an ear infection or even an upper respitory infection.
